There are two ways to put an eWallet Cashier stack in front of your customers. One is white-label. One is reseller. Operators frequently ask for one when they need the other.
Reseller
A reseller model gives you a pricing sheet, a lead flow, and a share of the processing margin. The end merchant knows they are buying eWallet Cashier. The relationship, the branding, and the support are ours. You get paid on volume you introduced.
This is the right model when: you have a network of high-risk operators, you don't want to run a payments product, and your competitive advantage is deal flow and vertical knowledge.
White-label
A white-label deployment gives you the entire cashier under your brand. Your customers see your logo, your domain, your support. They never see us. You set the pricing. You keep the margin. You run the customer relationship end to end.
This is the right model when: you already have a merchant base, you already run support, and you want to add automated payments as a native product line rather than a referral.
How the economics actually differ
- Reseller: revenue share on your volume, no engineering commitment, no infra to run. The ceiling is the take rate; the floor is zero risk.
- White-label: platform fee plus per-transaction cost. Higher margin per transaction, but you carry customer-facing responsibility. Support is on you; the underlying infra is on us.
Neither model is universally better. What kills operators is picking the wrong one. Resellers who try to white-label end up with a support desk they can't staff. White-label operators who try to just resell leave margin on the table on volume they own.
The decision
Ask two questions:
- 01Do you have a merchant base already, or a lead-generation engine? If it's the base, white-label. If it's the engine, reseller.
- 02Do you want a payments product, or a payments partnership? Product means white-label. Partnership means reseller.
Most operators sit clearly on one side. The few who don't tend to start as resellers, prove the volume, and then take the white-label upgrade once the merchant base is real. We support both paths.
